UV ink
UV ink is a key consumable for UV printers. The UV inkjet ink chosen for your digital printer should depend on the product you are decorating as specialty inks work best for specific substrates. UV ink is designed to be used on a wide range of applications from plastic, glass, metal, and wood to other non-traditional substrates such as garments. UV inkjet ink is available in hard, flexible, or edible ink. Some of our UV inkjet inks can be paired with an ink primer to guarantee longer adhesion.

S1 UV COLOR
The S1 UV inkjet ink is formulated to produce vibrant colors using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, and Varnish. Combined, this UV inkjet enables companies to achieve full-color graphics and images on a wide variety of flat and cylindrical objects. The S1 UV inkjet ink can be used in practically any UV printers.
Additionally, this UV inkjet ink strongly bonds to a number of substrates including stainless steel, ceramic, plastic and more. To further promote adhesion, the S1 UV inkjet ink can be used over inkjet primers to pass further ASTM required tests.
The S1 Series UV inkjet ink is Prop. 65 compliant meaning, it is free of any harmful chemicals or harmful naturally occurring substances.
This ink series is also comprised of the whitest ink on the UV inkjet ink market: Vivid White UV curable ink.
VIVID WHITE UV CURABLE INK
Ideal for printing white over dark substrates and enhancing color vibrancy, the Vivid White UV curable ink is the newest addition to the S1 UV inkjet ink family. Vivid White ensures color matching is consistent across all products due to its opaque nature. This opaque UV curable ink has exceptional adhesion capabilities and passes the same rigorous adhesion and compliance standards as the Inkcups S1 ink series. It is a pour-over for machines currently using Inkcups S1 ink or can easily replace your current white with a simple flush of your machine.
Vivid White UV curable ink is best for a variety of substrates. From stainless to plastics to coated metals, the S1 UV inkjet ink series is the perfect all-purpose UV ink, especially for those who are printing on multiple substrates.
DL SERIES UV INK FOR GLASS
The DL Series UV ink for glass is the solution for glass and other substrates. This UV ink for glass can be utilized in either a UV flatbed inkjet printer or in a rotary inkjet printer. The DL series is cured using UV LED light and can be paired with primers for longer lasting adhesion. DL UV ink for glass works perfectly with MagiCoat® glass primer to make glassware pieces more durable and resistant to wash cycles. In general, some type of pretreatment method for glass must be done prior to printing.
The DL Series UV ink for glass is available in Cyan, Light cyan, Magenta, Light magenta, Yellow, Black, White and Varnish. DL series ink is also FDA 21CFR compliant.

BB ULTRA FLEXIBLE UV INK FOR DIGITAL PRINTERS
Designed for all Inkcups’ digital printers, the BB ultra flexible ink for plastic is cured instantly by UV LED light. The BB Series digital ink offers bright, vibrant colors, excellent adhesion, and high abrasion resistance. BB ink will bend and fold with ease without cracking or distorting the print. Ideal for flexible drinkware such as bike bottles. So don’t get stuck with a sub-par label or a 1-color print, go digital with full-color prints direct to flexible plastic and upgrade your graphics.
The BB series is available in 1L bulk containers. Available colors are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, and Varnish.
T2 UV INK FOR TRITAN PLASTIC
Designed for all Inkcups’ digital printers, the T2 UV inkjet ink for Tritan Plastic is cured instantly by UV LED light. The T2 Series ink offers bright, vibrant colors, excellent adhesion, and high abrasion resistance. Tritan is a highly desired plastic for drinkware due to its BPA free composition and its extremely rigid structure. Tritan typically is a difficult plastic to adhere ink to without the use of extensive pre-treatment. The T2 ink offers superior abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion to Tritan Plastic.
The T2 series is available in 1L bulk containers. Available colors are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, and Varnish.
XFLEXX FLEXIBLE UV INK
XFlexx is a durable UV flexible ink by Inkcups. This flexible ink was created to enable printing on flexible items such as coolers and plastic bottles without cracking or distorting the image. XFlexx is available for all of Inkcups’ UV inkjet printers, including the Helix® in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White and Varnish.
Xflexx flexible ink passes a number of compliance tests such as California Prop. 65 and CPSIA.

EDIBLE INKS - CANDYMARK
The Candymark edible inks are used to print bakery and confectionery products with colorful full-color images directly from digital files. Edible inks can be used with all of Inkcups’ flatbed inkjet printers to turn a standard inkjet into an edible ink printer.
Each digital printer that utilizes edible inks is capable of printing Uni- or bi-directional printing in full-color CMYK. With the edible ink printer from Inkcups, print directly to your confectionery creation rather than a sugar paper or fondant. The edible inks have no flavor and will not alter the taste of any item they are printed on.
Candymark edible ink has been used on products that meet FDA regulations.
